Student Athlete Requirements

Athletic participation in CFISD typically requires an annual submission of a physical and athletic participation forms. The District has implemented a set of guidelines to help submit your student’s information in a timely and centralized manner. These guidelines can be found at:

ALL student athletes must follow the steps provided in the link in order to be cleared for athletic participation.
