2021 SAC Camp and SSI Registration

Join Cy Creek coaches and staff for the 2021 Strength and Conditioning (SAC) camp, starting June 14th!

Who:

Any students zoned to Cypress Creek High School in the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. Also, any students who are zoned to Cypress Creek High School in the 7th and 8th grades.

When:

Monday through Thursdays, starting June 14th, 2021, ending July 22nd, 2021

Time:

• Group 1 – All football players (7th through 12th), 8:00am to 10:15am
• Group 2 – All other sports (7th through 12), 10:30am to 12:45pm

Strength and conditioning will be a maximum of one hour per day. Duration of time MAY be Sport-Specific Instruction (SSI). Exact times to be determined based on enrollment.

Where:

Cy Creek weight rooms, gym, track, turf and grass fields

Camp fees:

Requirements:

ALL athletes must have a current and valid CFISD physical, and must complete the CFISD online forms in order to participate.
