Cougar Sports Update – End of Year Meeting

Hey Cougar Fans!

Thank you all for a great year, and thank you for all of your support! The season officially finished this past weekend at the State Track meet.

On May 20 at 6:30, we will have our end of year all Booster Club Meeting. You should have all received an evite. It will be at 6:30 at Swanny’s. We will provide food for everyone who attends. We would love to have you all out.

Here is a final update on Cougar Sports:

Track:

We had 2 athletes qualify for State! Marlon Cook finished 2nd in state in the shot put and Josh Keys finished 4th in the 300 hurdles. He broke a 27 year old Cougar record in the race!!

Softball:

The Cougars put up a great fight, but lost in 3 games. In game 3, we lost a heartbreaker in extra innings. It was another great softball season.

Baseball:

The Cougars finished the year with a 4 game winning streak, and just missed the playoffs. The Cougars ended the season with a 10 inning walk off win over Jersey Village.

It has been a great 2024-24! The future is bright for Cougar Athletics, and we are excited to see what the future holds.
