Cougar Sports Update – Fall 2025

Hey Cougar Fans!

It was a great week for Homecoming for the Cougars! Volleyball beat Ridge, Water Polo advanced in the playoffs, and football finished with a big win!

We had a great time at Swanny’s, and the students celebrated at Cane’s on Friday night!

This week is another big one!

Girls water polo has advanced to the 4th round, and will play Brazosport, who is one of the best teams in the state. We lost a tight one to them earlier in the year so this one should be a battle!

Boys water polo ended another successful season with 3rd round loss to Strake Jesuit. The boys won their 4th straight district championship and advanced to the 3rd round for the 4th year in a row.

Football hosts district leading Memorial tonight at 6:30 at Pridgeon. We blew out Cy Ridge 47-13 last week, and look to get some momentum going down the stretch.

Volleyball has a huge home game Friday night vs Fair. It’s neon night so we will have free shirts and pizza for the students.

Basketball season is right around the corner. Dunk or Treat is Friday, 10/31 at 5:30 at Creek. This is always the biggest community event of the year, and we are expecting another great crowd!
