A Letter from The President – 10/28/2021

Hello Cougar Fans!

It is going to be an exciting few weeks for Cougar sports fans! We look forward to seeing you! Updates are below:

Flag Signups:
The new flag year starts Veterans Day. This is our largest fundraiser, and the Cougar community looks great with all of the flags out. Make sure to sign up at the link below so that you can get your new flag before Veteran’s Day. Sign up by Saturday to guaranty delivery!

Dunk or Treat:
This Friday is one of our largest community events of the year! If you have kids, bring them out to Creek from 6-7:30 this Friday evening. They will get free candy, games, and possibly prizes for costumes! We will be handing out candy and also have concessions for purchase between 6-7, and then from 7-7:30, we will introduce you to our basketball teams. This is a great event for all of the community!

Volleyball:
The Cougars finished up district play, and are heading to the playoffs for the 4th consecutive year. The Cougars finished 9-5 in district play, and will be the 4th seed. We will play Bellaire on Monday night at 6 PM at Cy Park HS. Head out to support the Cougars!

Football:
Saturday is the biggest game of the year for the young Cougars! We host Memorial at 1 PM, and with a win, would guarantee a playoff spot for the 4th year in a row with the youngest team in the state in class 6A. The Cougars suffered a tough loss Saturday night where nothing went our way. The Cougars are hungry for a bounce back game this week!
