A Letter from The President – 2/7/2021

Hi Cougar Fans,

Sorry for the late email, but tonight is Spirit Night at Crust Pizza on Louetta from 4-9 PM at 11550 Louetta Rd. Just mention that you are with Cy Creek Athletics.

Boys Soccer:
The boys are now 12-0 and 4-0 in district! We have moved up to #4 in the state, and are playing great soccer! Make sure to get out see a game. We play Stratfor and Memorial on the road in the next 2 so very difficult games coming up. The next home game is 2/15 against Jersey Village.

Girls Soccer:
The girls are right in the mix of the playoff race at 1-1-2 in district play. We currently hold the 4 seed early in the season. We have a lot of new faces this year, and team is playing better every week. We host district leader Stratfor Tuesday night and Memorial at home Friday night.

Girls Basketball:
The girls continue to be tied for the district lead with 1 game to play. We host Jersey Village on Wednesday night, and a win will clinch a share of the district championship. Head out to Creek Wednesday night to help bring home a championship!

Boys Basketball:
The boys lost a tough game to Stratford on Saturday, and are now in a 3 way tie for first place. If we win our last 3 games, we will at least tie for the district championship, and we have already clinched a 6th straight playoff appearance. Our final home game of the year is this Friday, 2/11 at 7 PM against Cy Fair. Make sure to get out and support the Cougars.
